Terms Of Conditions

You are connected to the User Agreement for Quasar Crystals of Cankaya / Ankara / Turkey.

This service is operated by Quasar Crystals and quasarcrystals.com References in this Agreement to “we”, “us” or “our” mean Quasar Crystals and/or quasarcrystals.com. Reference to “you” and/or “your” mean the purchaser buying the goods from us subject to these Terms and Conditions.

This is the only website Quasar Crystals directly trades on (www.quasarcrystals.com). Any other associations falsely claiming to be Quasar Crystals and abbreviations of the name are fraudulent. We are currently aware of a site claiming to sell our goods at a discounted price, we are using all our forces to prevent this site and other variations from existing. In the meantime, please be vigilant of websites such as this.

We cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information you provide whilst visiting such sites and such sites are not governed or associated with our brand.

 

ORDERING AND PAYMENT

We must receive payment in full for the price of goods that you order prior to our acceptance of your order. Once payment in full has been received by us we shall acknowledge receipt of your order by sending you an email to the email address that you provided in your order form. This does not constitute our acceptance of your order.

Our acceptance of your order takes place when we dispatch the goods ordered unless we have previously notified you that we do not accept your order or you have canceled your order in accordance with the cancellation clause below.

Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us. We do not accept orders from persons under the age of 18 or from persons who are unable or are not authorised to enter into legally binding contracts through this site. If you do not qualify to do so do not use this site.

We do not process or hold any payment details. Customers who pay for goods both on and offline will have their payment processed by izyco on an external site managed by izyco or one of its agents.

We reserve the right not to accept your order if:

  • we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have requested; or

  • we do not deliver to your area; or

  • one or more of the items you ordered was priced incorrectly due to a typographical error or resulting from a fluctuation in the prices of precious metals or gems.

  • If we do not accept your order we will notify you by email or by telephone and we will credit your account with any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order.

  • We shall not be obliged to offer any compensation for disappointment suffered.

 
PRICING AND PROMOTIONS

The prices payable for goods that you order are those set out in our website and include Value Added Tax at the rate prevailing at the time of dispatch.

All our prices are in pounds sterling and we will bill you in pounds sterling. If you purchase from outside the TR, currency fluctuations, credit card and bank charges may make a difference to the amount you are billed on your credit card or bank advice/statement.

If your order is being dispatched to a destination outside the European Union (EU) then your sales tax will be zero. If your order is being sent to a member state of the EU then the selling price will not include VAT. You will be responsible for the payment of any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country.

You may be required to pay extra for delivery and occasionally it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations.

We may from time to time offer promotional discounts which may apply in respect of any, or certain specified purchases made through the website. We have the right to stop promotional offers at our discretion. 

Promotional offers only applies to full price goods only. Excludes Sale items.

Product prices and delivery charges are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you a Dispatch Confirmation.

 
THE QUASAR CRYSTALS SALE TERMS

Sale items purchased other shops in the Turkey, may not be returned or exchanged.

Online orders: if you are unhappy with your purchase, we will offer a full refund within 14 days from the date your order arrives. Pieces must be returned unworn, in the original packaging. Please email contact.quasarcrystals.com if you would like to return your order. Alternatively, you may exchange your item, or we can issue a credit note, valid for 1 year from the date issued.

Online orders will be delivered within 3-5 business working days. Delivery of other special orders (Custom Products) may take vary of days from 1 week to 5 weeks.

Please note that all sale items are dependent on stock availability.

Quasar Crystals reserve the right to end the sale early or cancel the sale.

CANCELLATION, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

You may cancel and return your online order for a full refund within 14 days from the date you received confirmation of your order. Once we have received the goods, we will refund the amount due within 30 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday excluding UK public holidays. You do not need to give us any reason for cancelling your order and we will not charge any penalty.

To cancel your order you must notify us by email at contact.quasarcrystals.com or telephone us on 090 541 773 0103 

Your right to cancel your order with us for the goods is subject to:

  • you not having worn or damaged the jewellery; and

  • you not having removed any security tags from the item if present.

  • you not having had a Special Order (Custom Product)

For all in store purchases, we are willing to exchange or offer a credit note within one month of the date of purchase, providing there is proof of purchase. For purchases made in December, we are willing to exchange or offer a credit note up until the end of January, providing there is a proof of purchase. We are unable to offer refunds.

Special orders or made-to-measure jewellery – including rings that have been sized – cannot be exchanged. We are unable to offer refunds.

TO RETURN YOUR GOODS

If you would like to return your items, please notify us by email at contact.quasarcrystals.com or call us on 090 541 773 0103 within 14 days of receiving your item, so that we can facilitate your return. The items must then be returned and received by us close of business within 21 days of receiving your purchase.

Overseas customers will be given a “Returns Authorisation Number” that must be written on the outside of the package being returned. You must also write in large letters on the outside of the package; “RETURNED GOODS“. You must ship the parcel back to us using Fedex International Shipping ONLY. We cannot accept any returns that use a different courier company.

TR customers must return the goods to us using the PTT and insured for the goods’ full value.

The shipping and postage receipt for returning the package must be retained by you. We strongly recommend that you send your order back to us by recorded delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels damaged or lost in transit. We are not liable to refund you any money if the goods are returned to us broken or damaged. Once we have received the goods we will refund the amount due to your credit card within 30 working days. Please note delivery charges will not be refunded. 

If you are the owner of a Special Order (Custom Product), you can never return, refund or replace.

SECURITY AND LIABILITY

We do not warrant that material on our website is appropriate, lawful or available for use outside the Turkey and access to our website from states where its contents may be illegal or unlawful is prohibited. If you access our website from outside the Turkey you do so at your own risk and you are responsible for compliance with local laws.

No representations or warranties are given concerning the accuracy completeness and/or suitability for any purpose of the information and related graphics published on our website. From time to time our site may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors.

All dimensions and measurements quoted on our website are approximate values only and we hold no liability if any are found to be incorrect.

If the goods we dispatch do not comply with your order or are damaged or defective or the quantity delivered is incorrect we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by email or telephone of the problem within 7 working days from the date of delivery of the goods.

If you do not receive the goods within 7 working days from the date of your receipt or our acknowledgement of your order we shall have no liability whatsoever to you, unless you notify us by email or telephone of non-delivery within 14 days of the date of our acknowledgement of your order.

If you notify us of non-delivery in accordance with this clause our sole obligations will be at your election either:

  • to make good any shortage or non-delivery; or

  • to replace any goods that are damaged or defective; or

  • to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods.

We will not be liable to you for any consequential loss, damage or expenses (including loss of profits, business or goodwill) arising out of any problem you notify us of under this condition, and we shall have no liability to pay money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question.

THIRD PARTIES

Third Party Rights: except for our affiliates, directors, employees or representatives, no person who is not a party to this agreement shall acquire any rights under the Rights of Third Parties Act 1999 to enforce any or all terms of this agreement but this does not affect any right or remedy that a third party may have apart from that Act.

Third Party links: we may include hyperlinks on this site to other websites operated by parties other than us including advertisers. We have not reviewed all of the sites linked to our website and are not responsible for the content or accuracy of any off-site pages.

GOVERNING LAW

Each and every transaction carried out is deemed to be completed within the Turkey and therefore shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Turkey. The terms of this agreement (and any dispute, controversy, proceedings or claims of whatever nature in relation to them) shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with Turkish law and the Turkish courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation thereto.

Quasar Crystals is the operator of www.quasarcrystals.com All trademarks, product names and company names or logos herein are the property of their respective owners. No permission is given by us in respect of the use of any such intellectual property including brand names, photographs, product names, titles or copyrights and such use will constitute an infringement of the owners’ rights.

OUR RIGHTS

We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions from time to time and your continued use of the website (or any part thereof) following such a change shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. It is your responsibility to check regularly to determine whether the conditions have been changed.

If any part of these Terms and Conditions is unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you) nothing will affect the enforceability of the remaining parts of these conditions. There is nothing in these Terms and Conditions that affect your statutory rights as a consumer. 

We shall not be in breach of these Terms and Conditions or otherwise liable for any delay in performance of our obligations to the extent that any delay or failure is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
